ArDB-OP

• Licenses a fully-featured ArDB Server
• Includes 5 x perpetual seat licenses
• Includes support license (priority support and updates) for the duration of the purchase from the date of activation
• No limit to the number of databases

ArDB-OP-Seat

• Gives a user access to your on-premises ArDB Server (purchased separately) and databases
• Subscription license valid for 12 months
• Associated with a specific server license, which must have a valid support contract
• Non-transferable (server specific)
• Price On Application
• Note: should only be purchased to increase the number of active users (beyond the initial 5 x perpetual users already supplied with an ArDB-OP purchase).

ArDB-OP-Support-Renew

• 12 months of additional support for an associated ArDB-OP license
• Re-enables ArDB-OP-Seat Licenses
• Re-enables priority support and upgrades
• Fixed price regardless of number of ArDB-OP-Seat licences applied to server
• Only for the renewal of existing support contracts
• If support has lapsed, a purchase of ArDB-OP-Upgrade will need to be purchased as well as a support renewal license
• Non-transferable (server specific)

ArDB-OP-Upgrade

• Required to upgrade ArDB-OP server to the latest version if support contract has lapsed and renewal opportunity has been missed
• Only applicable to previous purchases of ArDB-OP server licenses
• Does not include any seat subscription licenses (purchased separately)
• Does not include any support license (purchased separately)
